For customers who occasionally travel outside the Chicago metro area, we have toll-free access throughout US, Canada and Virgin Islands. You are allocated 30 minutes toll-free connect time per month. Additional time will be charged at $5 per hour. With toll-free access you are still connecting to KWOM's access servers, you never have to worry if there will be a local access number even when you travel outside the major cities, and in many cases 800 calls are not charged a hotel surcharge.
